ELA B10–Today we worked on our speeches.  The jot notes for the speech are due Monday.

ELA 98–Today we presented our plays and worked on the questions for “I Ain’t Sitting Beside Her.”

ELA 9–Today we finished reading “I Ain’t Sitting Beside Her.”  We also began working on the questions.

ELA B10–Today we worked on the speech assignment.

ELA 98–Today we read a story (”I Ain’t Sitting Beside Her”) that dealt with racism in Canada. 

Anecdote Rubric

ELA 9–Today we presented our anecdotes.  They were marked according to the rubric attached above.  The anecdote presentations were extremely well done.

Short Speech Assignment

ELA B10–Today we started a speech assignment (see above). 

ELA 98–Today we worked on and discussed the questions pertaining to “Weird Richard.”

ELA 9–Today we finished the good copy of the anecdote assignment.   We also began reading a story that deals with racism in Canada entitled “I Ain’t Sitting Beside Her.”

ELA B10–Today we read our library books, worked on the good copy of the dialogue assignment (due tomorrow), and worked on the questions pertaining to “Dear Mom…”.
